Toubleshooting steps

- Can not boot to WipeOS - 
 

If you can't boot into WipeOS, take these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check all of the ethernet and power cables between the appliance and the machine in question.
  1. Make sure you are using an unmanaged switch.
  2. Make sure you have the monitor turned on.
  3. Make sure secure boot is disabled in the BIOS. (screen shot example of one?)
  4. Try both legacy and UEFI mode in the BIOS if applicable.
  5. Re-make the USB drive if you are using one.
  6. Try all of the boot options presented. (screen shot of the list)
  7. Send a picture (or video)  of the last screen the machine sees before it reboots to support@wipeos.com
