Toubleshooting steps
- Can not boot to WipeOS -
If you can't boot into WipeOS, take these troubleshooting steps:
- Check all of the ethernet and power cables between the appliance and the machine in question.
- Make sure you are using an unmanaged switch.
- Make sure you have the monitor turned on.
- Make sure secure boot is disabled in the BIOS. (screen shot example of one?)
- Try both legacy and UEFI mode in the BIOS if applicable.
- Re-make the USB drive if you are using one.
- Try all of the boot options presented. (screen shot of the list)
- Send a picture (or video) of the last screen the machine sees before it reboots to support@wipeos.com
