May 8, 2025 Add a new user to an Appliance Instructions to add a new user First create an operator at https://login.wipeos.com/account/ When its done, assign that operator to the WipeBox (Appliance) If you need this setting to take effect immediately, press the "Sync Now" button on the appliance The operator username and password will be synced to the appliance. The appliance syncs to the portal every 10 minutes. Your appliance must have an internet connection on its WAN port for this to happen.
