Frozen Drives

The frozen status of a drive is only relevant if you are running Purge or Enhanced Secure Erase wipe method. If the drive is frozen, that means it must be powered off and on again. To do this, you can press the "Unlock" button under the start button. This will suspend the machine for 10 seconds, and wake it back up. The frozen status should be gone, and you can now run the Purge or Enhanced Secure Erase.
