How do I assign or remove a technician to/from an appliance?

Instructions

  1. Go to the account tab of the portal.
  2. Find the Operators section.
  3. Next, find the technician that you wish to assign/remove to/from an Appliance. On the far right there is a column called Notes, with the number of active Appliances for this Technician. Click on this field and assign Appliances to the selected Technician.
