1. Click the Account tab on the top of your screen
2. Under the section ‘Appliances’ you will see a list of your WipeBoxes.
3. Click on "Manage" under the "Manage Credits"
4. You then need to scroll down to the bottom to "Remove". This will remove credits from one of you appliances.
5. You will see the credits appear under the "Unassigned Credits".
6. You can then assign the credit to the appliance of your choice.
