WipeOS is known for great support and customer service.  
 
The team is regularly updating WipeOS to ensure it is free of bugs or performance issues.

Product upgrades - We are developing new features and improving existing ones everyday. 
Portal support - https://login.wipeos.com/ This portal requires regular maintenance to make sure its always functioning properly. Report customization can be configured as needed.  
Email support using the (support@wipeos.com) email address. These tickets will get priority 1 treatment for Triage efforts and priority support. 
Remote Session Support - Our engineers can remote in to connected devices and work with your team for troubleshooting and optimization.
