This WipeOS knowledge base is a great resource for technicians to get more information about WipeOS and how to use it. 
 
Technicians can set up their own user account here; WipeOS Knowledge base and Ticketing. (If you are here you have already done it;)

The articles in the knowledgebase are easy to search. This is a great way for all team members to get information about the various WipeOS features
 
 
Ticketing;
 
As the subject field is filled out, the user can see articles related to you inquiry as shown here;
 
 
This is also a great way to keep a record of opened tickets and responses. This can be helpful as new technicians get started or to simply keep a history of responses.
 
If you have a trouble with a connected device inside of WipeOS you can request help directly through the WipeOS user interface. 
 
By requesting help using this button, users can quickly open a support ticket.  Tickets created this way allow our technicians to get the IP of the connected device and remote in. This is the best way to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
