Once you have successfully booted to WipeOS, follow the steps below:
1. Fill out the item information under Information Requirements tab
- Enter the Unique Identifier (UID)
- Select appropriate data from applicable dropdowns (COA, Verified by, Screen Size, etc.)
2. Run the item diagnostics
- Navigate to the Diagnostics tab
- Check the box to the left of Motherboard
- Click the Start button
- Wait for PASS or FAIL to appear
- If the pop up persists, email the WipeOS support
3. Complete the process and sync to IQReseller
- Click the power icon in the top menu
- Select Shutdown from the dropdown
- Unplug the unit and allow 2-5 minutes for the info to push to IQReseller
