Once you have successfully booted to WipeOS, follow the steps below:
1. Boot the machine using either WipeOS or WipeOS Fallback options
When the machine begins to download the image from WipeOS, the USB should be removed to prevent any interference or issues.
2. Run the item wipe
- Scan your RID number in the PO field
- Run preselected WipeOS method
- Click the Start button
3. Run the item diagnostics
- Navigate to the Diagnostics tab
- Check all the applicable boxes
- Click the Start button
- Wait for PASS or FAIL to appear
- After completion of the previous steps, power off the MacBook and prepare for Reimaging procedure
