If you are having trouble with a device connected to WipeOS (client). Please click the request help button.
Be sure to fill in the subject such as; "Drive not showing up in UI"
Then fill in the description with as much information as possible. It is helpful if you can include the details about the problem such as; "I inserted 6 drives and only 5 are showing up."
It is also helpful if you can describe the steps taken to fix the problem such as; "I removed the drives and then reinserted them and nothing changed."
Pictures of the hard ware that is connected and what you are seeing one screen is helpful as well.
