Triage Steps to take if your appliance is showing No VPN and No Internet.
No VPN and No Internet
- Plug in a monitor to the WipeOS Appliance
- If the monitor does not show anything, reboot the appliance
- Make sure that the WAN port on the appliance has an upstream internet connection
- Log in to the appliance, and look at the settings screen. All of the entries in "IP Configuration" should be green:
If you don't see "Internet connected: Yes", then press the "Retry DHCP" button.
