Triage Steps to take if your appliance is showing No VPN and No Internet.

No VPN and No Internet

  1. Plug in a monitor to the WipeOS Appliance
  2. If the monitor does not show anything, reboot the appliance
  3. Make sure that the WAN port on the appliance has an upstream internet connection
  4. Log in to the appliance, and look at the settings screen. All of the entries in "IP Configuration" should be green:

If you don't see "Internet connected: Yes", then press the "Retry DHCP" button.
