In order to test USB ports WipeOS provides this test. Here are the steps for testing the USB ports.
You plug in any USB device into a port.
If it enumerates the device correctly, it will show you the device.
*Your USB or flash drive device may show up in a few ways. This test can work with various adapters and flash drives

It will also show you when the device is removed.

The tech must pass or fail manually.
*this test will be repeated for each USB port on the device.
