Why does my credit count show multiple credits consumed? When running a wipe on a client device, the software deducts two credits per operation. This is to prevent a customer from having a negative credit quantity. Once the selected process is complete, the leased credit will be transferred back to the account. This process applies to any wiping, diagnostics, and imaging method. There is no need to log on or back in; once the appliance syncs with the portal, the credit number will update.

In some cases, when a user selects more devices than credits are available, it will show an out-of-credit warning message. For example, if a user begins a process (diagnostics, wiping or imaging ) on 30 devices and only has 50 credits, they will receive an "Out of Credit Message".

Note: There may be up to a ten-minute delay between the available credit on the appliance and what is displayed on the portal due to the time between the appliance and portal synchronization.
