WipeOS Boot options - Definitions

Explanation of Boot Options

When booting to WipeOS, you are presented with multiple options. The default PXE boot menu is below.

WipeOS - The default option, which works on most machines.

WipeOS Fallback - Use this if the screen stays black on the default option. This option does not try to initialize any GPUs.

For Apple devices
Apple 2016+ - Uses a newer version of Linux with additional drivers. Required for Apple machines from 2016 to 2019, Intel only.

Apple 2016+ Blank Screen - Same as WipeOS Fallback, but for the newer Linux versions. Use this if the previous option was just a blank screen

Debug Mode - The Debug Mode is for when none of the above options work. It will print many lines to the screen. If you are experiencing a boot issue, please send a clear picture of the screen after you boot to Debug Mode to support@wipeos.com for help.
