You can use this resource to find the relevant key on boot option. Hot keys for Boot Menu / BIOS Settings
Once you are able to boot and automatic 30 second countdown begins after which the wipe starts automatically and will wipe all connected drives.

There is no functionality with the WipeOS portal as these records are stored locally on the USB.
The Data Zapper devices are single use isolated wipes which will sanitize the attached device (s) data, create a log to show the device went through the wipe process, and then load that log onto a second partition on the USB. The program then destroys itself. The log is a a PDF generated file that you can recover by plugging the USB into another computer and copying the log or printing it.
