WipeOS Support: The Request Help Button
Simply keep your machine connected and request help whenever needed

The team here at WipeOS really appreciates the feedback from our users. This is how we have developed our solution - the great feedback of our users. We have made many efforts to provide the best support possible. As we are working with used equipment of a wide variety, it is important to have fast and capable support.
The Request Help button in the
WipeOS software is great to ensure
we are doing just that. That button
actually provides our team with some
back-end technical information that
allows them to take switch action.
When a connected device receives a
help request, our team is able to
investigate very quickly. If there is
ever an issue or question about a
device that is connected, simply hit the Request Help button to notify
the team.
Many of our clients benefit from a wiping lab audit. If you are using chassis for loose drives. It may be helpful to request a review. Simply keep your machine connected and select the Request Help button and we'll take a look, and see if there is any hardware that should be upgraded or replaced.
Since WipeOS is modular, it makes it very easy to change out chassis and card to improve throughput.
